As to documentation, I've just generated one by built-in Confluence exporter to pdf. OK for a workaround, but it's looking ugly. Not sure we can invest time into producing pretty-formatted doc for paper.
Hey. Is 4.5.2 released? I noticed the release notes are linked and I can download the archive if I change the URL. But there hasn't been an announcement yet so I'm leery to upgrade.
The WAR file download appears to be corrupt.
